How do I order products?

You can order products by going to our shop, selecting desired products and following the ordering process. We accept all major cards and PayPal.

How long does delivery take?

Coffee pods and tea are typically delivered within 2-5 business days. For coffee machines, please allow 2-4 weeks. Each Aroma machine is individually handcrafted in Italy, shipped to Norway, and put through a thorough quality inspection at our facility before being dispatched to you — ensuring your machine arrives in perfect condition.

Can I return products?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all products. Products must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as received.

How do I use the coffee machine?

All our coffee machines come with detailed instructions. You can also watch instructional videos on our YouTube channel.

What is the difference between coffee varieties?

Arabica is milder and fruitier, while Robusta is stronger and more bitter. Forte is our strongest blend, while Creamy has a balanced taste.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer service.

What is Caffettino Choice?

Caffettino Choice is our premium subscription product combining coffee machine rental and monthly pod delivery in one package. For 749,- NOK per month (incl. VAT), you get an espresso machine, quarterly coffee pod delivery and full customer support. Choose between Basic (12 months), Standard (18 months) or Gold Edition (24 months).

Do I pay monthly even though coffee is delivered quarterly?

Yes. The payment of 749,- NOK is charged automatically every 30 days, while the coffee pods (400 units) are delivered in a single shipment every 4 months. We do this to reduce the number of shipments, minimise packaging and protect the environment — and it is why we can offer free shipping across all of Norway.

What is the minimum commitment period for Caffettino Choice?

The commitment period depends on your chosen plan: Basic requires a 12-month minimum agreement, Standard requires 18 months, and Gold Edition requires 24 months. After completing the commitment period, ownership of the coffee machine is transferred to you at no cost (0,- NOK). The subscription renews automatically and may be cancelled in writing no later than 14 days before the next billing period.

What happens if I cancel Caffettino Choice during the commitment period?

If you cancel or reverse your payment before the commitment period ends, you will be invoiced for the machine's remaining residual value in a single final invoice: Basic (Aroma Plus+) 2 000,- NOK, Standard (Aroma Iconica Matt) 3 500,- NOK, or Gold Edition (Aroma Iconica Gold) 4 500,- NOK. Outstanding claims will be forwarded to debt collection.

What happens in case of late payment on Caffettino Choice?

If a monthly transaction fails, the system will make automatic retry attempts after 3, 5 and 7 days. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, Caffettino AS reserves the right to withhold the next scheduled coffee delivery. Persistent non-payment may result in debt collection proceedings in accordance with the Norwegian Debt Collection Act.

Do I have a right of withdrawal on Caffettino Choice?

Yes. Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), you have an unconditional 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your first welcome package (machine + coffee). To exercise this right, the machine must be returned in its original packaging without damage, and all unopened coffee pods must be returned in full. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
