How it works
We have developed a subscription model that combines authentic Italian coffee culture with a modern and eco-friendly distribution method. Here is everything you need to know about how we deliver coffee to you:
Flexible monthly payments
To make your coffee routine as predictable as possible, the cost is split into fixed monthly amounts (249,- / 399,- / 549,- NOK). This ensures a stable cost structure for you as a customer, without large one-time expenses.
Eco-friendly quarterly delivery
To reduce transport-related COâ‚‚ emissions and minimise packaging use, we consolidate your shipments. We send coffee for 3 months at a time (one quarter). This logistics model allows us to offer completely free shipping directly to your door across Norway.
No traditional commitment period
We believe in quality over long contracts. You are free to change or terminate your subscription after each completed delivery cycle.

Cancellation terms and delivery cycle
Please note that each shipment covers an estimated consumption for 90 days (one quarter). Since we send your coffee in advance for 3 months, each delivery functions as a complete package.
When cancelling mid-quarter:
If you choose to end your subscription after a quarterly delivery has been received, the remaining monthly payments for the already received goods will continue as agreed until the delivery cycle is completed.
Example: If you have received 150 pods (for 3 months) and cancel after month 1, billing will continue in months 2 and 3 to cover the value of the delivered product. After the current period is completed, all future payment obligations and deliveries cease automatically.
